My name is Braylan Childs, and I’ve been in Jonesboro, AR my entire life. From the time that I turned 12, I was in the kitchen, with my most prized possession being the “Egg Sammich”. Slowly, I’ve added many recipes under my belt, and recently broke down and mixed some sugar, flour, salt, and eggs then threw it in the oven and BOOM… Im selling those mixtures. Over time, I’ve been working on perfecting my craft and enjoying seeing the amount of happiness on their faces when they eat a product from ‘Bakerman’s Dozen’.

My love of eating caused some issues, because I wanted things that I ordered to taste a certain way, but they never would. Quite naturally, this made me learn how to cook. After completely avoiding baking for the 8 years of me doing so, I finally broke down and made peanut butter cookies that my dad had told me about. Worst mistake of his life. Ever since then, I’ve gone through many bags of flour, many bags of sugar, and SO many eggs! I love it though, and I want to share my love with people around me.
